Compact and user friendly HospiSorb is used for absorption of carbon dioxide in circle breathing application with low flows. Compatible with Hospitech range or any existing system.- Ergonomically designed & simple to use- No need for extraneous ‘T’ adaptors- Single chamber canisters single level action for canister exchange- Bypass feature to allow canister removal during operation without loss of pressure (circle ON/ OFF switch as per clause 7.2 of ISO 8835-2: 1999 (E))- Tight system with O ring seals- Satisfies leakage test - as per clause 5.1 of ISO 8835 -2: 1999 (E)- Easy cleaning - fully autoclavable (optional)- APL valve provided - In built provision to mount oxygen sensor- Bag ventilator selector switch Bi-stable as per clause 4.2 of ISO 8835-2:1999 (E)- For pediatric use single canister can be used.- Conventional diaphragm of Mica is replaced with a material that withstand autoclaving & movement of diaphragm is easily visible, minimizes resistance & ensure consistent performance- HospiSorb has a bypass feature allowing canister removal during operation without loss of circuit pressure as per clause 7.3 of ISO 8835 – 2: 1999 (E). Exchange of canister is simple via one single lever action.- Pressure manometer, -10 to 100 cm is provided as standard. Oxygen cell for sensing oxygen is accommodated directly by the absorber reducing the risk of leakage and ensuring a tidier system.
